What is Best Filipinas anyway? I see that it is some sort of organization that features well to do teenagers in "random celebration" albums.

Liz, I'm wondering the same thing! I don't get it either... and their bio says something along the lines of "anonymity of every formed Best Filipinas Team belongs to this account's untiring dedication and desire for impartiality and unbiasness towards its preferences for schools, featured friends, art works promotions, online shopping promotions and shared links of major events. " Weird. Just weird. Because all the pictures are of well to do teenagers and none of them are online shopping promotions or shared links of events or whatever.
